If you are unhappy about any aspect of our service to you then you can advise the management who shall discretely investigate the matter promptly and you shall be kept informed.
We view complaints as an opportunity to improve our care and service to your vehicle. You can be assured that your service will not be jeopardized as a result of lodging a complaint. We consider complaints as a positive feedback.
Conversely if you wish to pass a compliment or a comment you may call or write directly to the staff member concerned or you can express the same to the management. We shall be happy to receive suggestions for improvement.
